One of the most celebrated Cherry Grove community show directors, Sal Piro productions were both fabulously elaborate and wonderfully entertaining.
His work spans ten years- writing and presenting some of the campiest musical adventures in the Grove's community history. Sal was also famously noted as the Rocky Horror Fan Club President and was a staple at most Rocky Horror Conventions and special events. Sal also played competitive tournament chess and Scrabble.
Sal passed away peacefully on January 22, 2023. His spirit will live on in the hearts of so many in Cherry Grove and beyond.

CGAC FILM PRODUCTIONS


The Cherry Grove Archives Collection is proud of our documentary shorts and feature films that we have produced to preserve and showcase the Grove's history, combining interviews and archival photos/footage to bring these stories to life.


CGAC Productions has been capturing Cherry Grove history in a series of short documentaries, full length feature films, a scripted dramatic short and restored vintage celluloid treasures. Though we have covered many facets of Grove life in the last century, we continue to create films that educate and entertain.


All CGAC productions are created with a budget under $100, as to preserve our resources for operating costs and digitization.
