The Cherry Grove Archives Collection Committee have been working hard to find new and interactive ways to present our material and share the colorful history of our community.
We have showcased our material at various exhibitions around the country, posting weekly archival photos on social media, licensing our material to television and movie productions, sharing community history through profiles on events and people, as well as our Film Festival where we screen works about Cherry Grove and our LGBTQ+ community everywhere.
Explore our various Exhibitions, watch our library of films, checkout out our social media accounts, read profiles about Grove community members, find out about our annual Film Festival fundraiser and get information about licensing CGAC material.
Whether we are displaying pieces in institutional spaces like Stonewall National Museum or creating displays at community events, our CGAC volunteers seek to educate and accentuate the importance of the Grove's history.
Our "Community Profiles" are a tribute to all those that have made their mark on the history of Cherry Grove.
While this summer weekend event is a vital fundraiser for the Archives' operating and digitizing costs, our goal is to bring people together to both educate and celebrate our culture with a bounty of fabulous films.
